The Elden Ring gaming community and its fans are not finding it easy with flaws and glitches that has be riddled the newly released game as it has encountered some unexpected and unexplained issues.
Owing to the above development, the Japanese publishers of the game Bandai Namco tendered an unreserved apology regarding the adverse issues and other difficulties that has befuddled Elden Ring players. Amongst such issues being encountered with the game as is postulated by multiple gamers from different quarters included the P.C frame rate report and as a result of these complaints, it thereby became pertinent for the issue to be addressed.
While tendering an apology via its website, the publisher of the this famous game demanded for some patience from fans as he stated categorically that the game is "currently experiencing some issues that are preventing the game from functioning properly under specific settings."
Currently, rampant and common complaints coming from Elden Ring gamers are the stuttering difficulties and frame rate issues on P.C mode while it current state of performance on steam is still subjected to wild range of reviews. Furthermore on steam, critics are still pointing accusing fingers to same staggering glitches as is experienced on P.C.
Remember that the console version of Elden Ring received a patch update with a fix for the frame rate difficulties and other glitches thereby granting users on console an upper hand. But on P.C, the issue persisted due to the fact the patch update targeted to fix the flaws were not made available for P.C gamers.
Nevertheless, the Japanese game publisher behind Elden Ring took credit of the flaws while indicating that upgrading graphics card drivers would assist ameliorate and improve performance issues promised to "constantly work to improve the game so that it may be played easily on various PC platforms." He also made it known that a new patch update would be made available as soon as possible to help address the numerous bugs encountered by players.

Statement on Elden Ring Performance Issues
- Regarding the problem of the mouse being too sensitive in the PC version:- We will be sending out a patch for this issue in the near future.
- About the problem of Easy Anti-Cheat failing to launch when the Steam account name is set to 2-byte characters:- We are aware of the cause of this issue and will be providing a patch in the near future.
- Regarding the phenomenon of frame rate and other performance-related issues during gameplay:- We will be constantly working to improve the game so that it can be played comfortably on various PC environments and platforms.
- For the PC version, updating your graphics card drivers to the latest version may significantly improve performance.
- About the phenomenon of game data that does not save correctly in the PlayStation 5 version. If the PS5 console is unexpectedly turned off while playing a game or in rest mode, saved data may not be saved correctly.
- We are aware of the cause of this issue and are working on a patch to correct it. But until the patch is released, please save your game manually by exiting the game regularly.
- Game data will be saved correctly if you quit the game by opening the system menu using the OPTION button and selecting “Quit Game.”
